ERPNext Functional Consultant (Fresher)

Job Description:

Education: MBA (Master of Business Administration) required, M.com or BBA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
2. Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
3. Solution Design: Collaborate with the team to design and propose effective solutions to meet client needs.
4. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for clients and internal use.
5. Implementation: Assist in the implementation of proposed solutions and provide support throughout the process.
6. Training: Train client teams on the use of new systems and processes.
7. Client Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues and ensuring satisfaction.

Additional Information:

• Training: A comprehensive 3-month training program will be provided unpaid. During this training period, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills necessary to excel in the role of a Functional Consultant.
• Internship Teaching: As part of your role, you will also be responsible for mentoring and teaching interns who join our team. Sharing your knowledge and expertise will be an integral part of your growth and development within our organization.
• Stipend Internship: Upon successful completion of the 3-month training period, you will be eligible for an internship position within our organization. During this internship, you will receive a stipend as a recognition of your commitment and contribution.
