Experience: IT Sales- Selling ERP Software, Presales 3-6 years of experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within designated industries or territories to generate new sales opportunities for ERP solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to introduce our ERP offerings and assess their specific business needs.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the requirements and challenges of prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to expand the client base and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their ERP requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to remain competitive and effectively position our ERP solutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in IT sales, with specific experience in selling ERP software solutions preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
