Python Developer

Job description:

We are looking for a Python/Django Developer, who is motivated to utilize skills in developing a long-lasting product with value addition to the current ecosystem. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, APIs, database design, and building task queues. Coding standards should be focused on identifying and preventing unsafe, unreliable, and insecure coding practices.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience Education: BE Computer, MCA or equivalent.

Whom we're looking for:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in using Python/Django on Web Scale Backend

• Strong in Data Structures, Algorithms, High-Level design (basics), Low-level design

• Coding skills in an Object-Oriented programming language

• Solid database skills in a relational database (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Strong knowledge of version control (git, svn)

• Experience with Redis and other NoSQL DB (MongoDB, Couch DB, Amazon DynamoDB)

• Experience with REST API construction, documentation, and architecture, including API description languages like Swagger

• Experience with parsing and manipulating XML and JSON

• Experience in building applications on Microservices architecture

• Responsibility for developing unit test cases for the project module

• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

• Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment

• Passionate about making a difference, a self-starter, takes initiatives, and follows through them.

• Experience in developing enterprise apps and deploying them on Beta, Testing, and Prod Server

We'd be impressed if you also have:

• Knowledge of Frappe Framework and ERPNext

• Awareness of Web servers (Nginx, Apache, uWSGI)

• Awareness of Configuration Management, Deployment & Orchestration tools like Ansible, Selenium

• Good understanding of AWS core services like EC2, S3, ElasticBeanStalk, and Route53

• Experience in working in an agile test-driven development with continuous integration

• Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, VueJS, and HTML5) and a good understanding of responsive designs
